AGREEMENT OF TRANSFER OF TENANCY

This Agreement of Transfer of Tenancy is made at [Place] on this [date] day of [month], 2023.

PARTIES:

TRANSFEROR: [Name], son of [Father's Name], residing at [Address] (hereinafter called the "Transferor")

TRANSFEREE: [Name], son of [Father's Name], residing at [Address] (hereinafter called the "Transferee")

LANDLORD: [Name], son of [Father's Name], residing at [Address] (hereinafter called the "Landlord")

WHEREAS:

1. The Transferor was a tenant rights lawyer in Kolkata under the Landlord in respect of premises at [address] at a monthly rent of Rs. [amount].
2. The Transferor desires to transfer his tenancy rights in favour of the Transferee.
3. The Landlord has consented to the said transfer of tenancy.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Transferor hereby transfers and assigns all his tenancy rights in the said premises to the Transferee.
2. The Transferee agrees to pay the monthly rent of Rs. [amount] to the Landlord.
