Consent terms
The suit be and is hereby compromised between the parties hereto on the following terms and
conditions viz.:
1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the sum of Rs………………per month as maintenance
allowance during her lifetime for the maintenance of herself and a sum of Rs. 200 per month for
the maintenance of her minor daughter C upto her marriage.
2. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the sum of Rs . ……………… in respect of her legal
and other expenses. ,
3.In case the defendant shall fail to pay maintenance allowance to the plaintiff for six consecutive
months , decree in terms of prayer (a) of the plaint to be executed forthwith.
4. The plaintiff covenants that she will remain chaste and lead a good moral life during her lifetime
