RESOLVED that subject to confirmation of the Company Law Board under section 17 of the
Companies Act, 1956, sub-clause (9) of clause IIIA of the Memorandum of Association of the
company be altered by inserting the word “amalgamate” after the word “To” appearing in line 1
thereof.
