SAMPLE CONDUCTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN ADVOCATES

This Conducting Agreement is made at [Place] on this [day] day of [month], 2023.

BETWEEN:

PRINCIPAL ADVOCATE: [Name], Advocate, having office at [Address]

CONDUCTING ADVOCATE: [Name], Advocate, having office at [Address]

WHEREAS:

1. The Principal Advocate has been engaged by [Client Name] to conduct the case of [Case Details].
2. By reason of the Principal Advocate's inability to be present in court on the date of hearing, the Principal Advocate desires to engage the Conducting Advocate to conduct the case.
3. The Conducting Advocate has agreed to conduct the said case on behalf of the Principal Advocate on the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Conducting Advocate shall appear and conduct the said case before the Hon'ble Court on the date(s) of hearing.
2. The Principal Advocate shall pay the Conducting Advocate a fee of Rs. [amount] per hearing.
3. The Conducting Advocate shall keep the Principal Advocate informed of all developments in the case.
4. This agreement shall remain in force until revoked by either party giving seven days' written notice.
