APPLICATION UNDER ORDER 26 RULE 9, ORDER 39 RULE 7 AND SECTION 151 CPC FOR LOCAL INVESTIGATION

The Plaintiff most respectfully submits as follows:

1. That the subject matter of the suit is immovable property situated at [address].
2. That a local investigation is necessary to ascertain the correct physical features, boundaries, and existing structures on the suit property.
3. That the Plaintiff submits that a Commissioner be appointed to visit the suit property, inspect and prepare a report with photographs and measurements.
4. That the Plaintiff is ready to bear the expenses of such commission.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appoint a Commissioner for local investigation and inspection of the suit property.
