APPLICATION UNDER RULE 159 OF THE RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT RULES FOR ENTERING CAVEAT

The applicant above-named most respectfully submits as follows:

1. That the Applicant has reason to believe that [Name of likely petitioner] may file an application/petition in this Hon'ble Court in respect of [subject matter].
2. That the Applicant has a legitimate interest in the subject matter of the proposed application/petition.
3. That in the absence of a caveat, an ex parte order may be passed against the interest of the Applicant.
4. That this application is made in accordance with Rule 159 of the Rajasthan High Court Rules, 1952 read with Section 148A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to enter the caveat and direct that no ex parte order be passed without hearing the Applicant.
