APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 146 OF THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908

The Applicant above-named most respectfully submits as follows:

1. That the Applicant is the assignee/legal representative/derivative title holder of the original plaintiff/defendant in the above suit.
2. That the original party to the suit has transferred/assigned their interest in the subject matter to the Applicant.
3. That under Section 146 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant is entitled to be substituted as a party to the proceedings.
4. That the Applicant is ready and willing to prosecute/defend the suit.

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to substitute the Applicant in place of the original party and permit the Applicant to continue the proceedings.
